“TRUTEMP” swaged cartridge sensors are mineral insulated, sensors constructed by installing the desired sensing elements within crushable ceramic insulators. The sensor assembly is inserted into a tubular metal sheath and all voids within the assembly filled with the appropriate insulation material swage compacted assemblies featuring protective integral lead systems. These rugged assemblies are available in wide range of diameters and lengths and are suitable for use in any application requiring a combination of precision sensing and durability.

These rugged sensor assemblies can be designed for use in nearly any demanding environment involving application temperatures of 1800 degrees F. maximum.

A variety of construction options are available for each sensor configuration offered. These options include a selection of calibrations, junction designs and terminations. Optional lead insulation materials and protection systems permit custom tailoring of the sensor to the application.
